Due to the personalised and custom nature of the GENEIUS Analysis, all sales are final once your DNA kit has been ordered on your behalf. If you have purchased the analysis and your kit has not yet been ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a refund. After that window, no refunds are available.
If there is an error on our part in preparing or delivering your analysis, we will correct it at no additional cost.
